## Refresh plan

Recheck links and fast-changing AI/marketplace evidence by 9 December 2026. Review annual surveys when new editions appear; keep prior-year observations visibly dated. Preserve stable evidence IDs, re-read changed methods, and do not stitch incompatible editions into a trend.

Hold a claim if its source becomes unavailable, its numerator or denominator is ambiguous, or conflicting values cannot be resolved. Recalculate the visible count after any removal. See refresh-plan.md and the full editorial evidence log for the maintenance workflow.
